We all need sleep and we all sleep, some longer or better than others. By the end of this program today, we’ll have you sleeping like a log (and you won’t need to put your bed in the fireplace).

How to sleep better

Use the acronym CANT

Avoid:
Caffeine,
Alcohol, 
Nicotine and Naps
Technology (TV, Computers, Lights)

Try doing the following:

  • Exercise during the day
  • Reduce your stress – meditation, yoga, exercise
  • Keep your go to bed and awake times consistent
  • Darken your room and keep it cool
